I have the pleasure of inviting you to the 14th edition of the Scandinavian Fishing Masters.
Next year´s festival will be a bit different from previous years´. The festival will be fished over 4 days as usual , from the 26th of April until the 29th but instead of fishing the matches from tuesday to friday as we used to do we will fish from saturday to tuesday. On friday there will be a warm up match. This means the Milo Classic will not take place.
This change was done to keep down the cost of the partecipation and allow more people to fish the festival .
Fantastic Fishing
The competitions takes place in the now famous rivers Lödde and Sege, which are found in the Malmö area, in the south of Sweden.
The rivers are at this time of the year usually full with fish moving up the rivers to spawn. This is why the fishing is some of the best available in Europe, and on a very good day you need 70-100 kg to win your section.
The fish generally run big, with most roach around 200-500g, bream 1,5-3 kg while the ide turn up in any size from under 100g to 2 kg.
International competition
We are proud to have had anglers from over 20 different nations during the years.
Several are competing on world-championship level but far from all.
Most participants have enjoyed memorable days of fishing and many have experienced the best fishing in their lifetime.

MILO has promised to help us with some important details and therefore we are happy to give him the opportunity to be the only sponsor of the event. Obviously Milo Colombo and his team will be fishing the event as well.
